They’re being really helpful for me to go through the package and found it eventually. The package is really important to me. I do really appreciate their patience and being really helpful.

It first showed "Dead Mail: Disposed by Post Office" and then later showed "Delivered" on the same day. Front desk staff was unwilling to investigate. They simply told me that the package was thrown away and offered no explanation
