I had an amazing experience with this store every time I go inside . Two gentlemen are extremely nice . They help every time - so kind and loving.. I recommended all my friends and neighbors to go there . I truly wish more stores treat people like these two man. Exceptional!!!!! I give 10 stars.

I had a great experience at the ups store,thanks to simian.he was professional ,friendly,and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.he answered all of my questions patiently,made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided excellent customer service.its clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers and making their experience as smooth as possible .I truly appreciate him kindness and efficiency,and I high recommend asking for simian if you visit this ups store!

Went there to drop off package my first time. This tall staff touched my face as he said you're so cute. He then went around the reception desk, coming towards me. Im assuming he's trying to hug me or something physical. That's very scary. He should be fired. Have some respect towards women. That's not how you were raised up to be. If today i was a young lady who does not know how to protect myself. I would have been harrssed even more. On my way home, thinking of my daughter, I need to teach her about this and how to protect her in these kinda situation.
