  There was an older guy on duty (middle counter) on Oct 14 at 2 something. My 1st time to this store. 3 counters 3 staffs. I was in line. The lady in front me move to the right. ( like you ordered then move little for pick up. ) I thought the lady done. so I stepped up and the older guy said: don’t tell me you didn’t see her . This is rude. What kind of attitude was that. UPS management please check. 2 young staff only 1 older guy. Probably Indian.

  I love this UPS. It’s always so clean, efficient, and quick. Parí is a great employee, she has helped me many times. I recommend this location.

  Printer has been hacked for over two months so any returns become imposible even when having the codes online if you dont have it printed you can’t return it no other places to print anything around.

  I've been visiting this location for over a year, mostly for Amazon returns, but few UPS shipping as well. Aya, Noor, Pari, Lalid, and Nayeli have been crewing this store well. The store is clean and well organized, and I don't recall having to wait for more than a couple of minutes in line for service no matter how busy the store is, and the service is always prompt and professional, and I personally never encountered any issue. The fact there's a small shared parking lot for this store makes it fairly easy to access the store. This is my preferred location when shipping packages using something other than USPS, and I recommend this store to others, as well.

  My daughters birthday package was not delivered and sent back to the store. The reason stated was”undeliverable address” but the address was actually correct and when you type it into any maps app it shows up just fine. Apparently, UPS does not have that ability. This UPS store took my fee of $16.14, did not deliver and refused to process refund. Employee stated I have to call UPS customer service. When I called UPS customer service I was told to seek refund at store. UPS and this UPS store takes your money and runs. Now my daughters birthday package will not arrive in time thanks to their efforts. UPDATE UPS Store contacted me in an attempt to reconcile. I asked for a refund of $16 shipping fee. It has been ten days since I reached out but my query has been ignored. I don't recommend you do any business here!
