- AJAshley J2 days ago1.0I went in to get my daughter’s passport and was told to have a seat and wait if I was a passport applicant. After over a half hour of waiting with my toddler, the older African American gentleman told me he can’t help me because I don’t have an appointment. The post office was completely empty, I had all the required documentation and the passport photo and he still refused to assist me. He was rude and lazy and shouldn’t work there if he’s going to have such an attitude. Just go to another post office, this one sucks!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and well-maintained the entire facility was. Everything was easy to find, and the layout made mailing packages and handling postal services simple and stress-free. One of my favorite features is the self-service kiosk, which is incredibly convenient if you’re in a hurry or stopping by outside of regular counter hours. Having access to self-service options makes a huge difference, especially for printing labels, weighing packages, and getting things done quickly without waiting in line. The employees truly make this location stand out. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my shipping options, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s refreshing to visit a post office where the employees genuinely care about providing great customer service and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The location is convenient, well-stocked with mailing supplies, and runs very efficiently. Whether you’re mailing a letter, shipping packages, or using the self-service kiosk, the entire process is smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to the team at the Floral Park Post Office for consistently providing such outstanding service. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
