Instead of clearly answering my questions, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to assist. When I asked for her name, she refused and redirected me to a supervisor, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Customer service should be about helping people, but that was definitely not the case here. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire location.
