    Package was never delivered, states it was and they told me there's nothing they can do about it that I need to contact the manufacture and they need to send me out another package. That it's not their fault that package is missing. Manufacture will not send another package because tracking says delivered. So now I'm here taking a large loss for their mistake

    I m waiting for a package to be delivered .. they delivered my regular mail but not the package ... can't get a hold of anyone .. very frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's phone just rings and rings and rings .. no one ever answers

    I sent a customer a 17 Lb. package in a padded flat rate envelope. The postal employee told him it was too heavy for a padded flat rate envelope. (The DMM says that this packaging can can be used for parcels up to 70 Lbs.) This post office location refused to deliver my package without charging the customer an additional $49.00. The customer refused the package and the post office is returning it to me. I am sending out the exact same thing again and will continue to do so until someone at this location grows some gray matter between their ears and delivers the package. I have tried to call this location several times today and nobody answers the phone.

    They have repeatedly lost or delivered many packages to the wrong address and where no help whatsoever in retrieving the packages. They never answer the phone when you call them.The mail carrier has on at least three occasions documented attempts to deliver packages when he has in fact not. Reports of this behavior have gone unresolved by USPS management.
