    Deplorable service. Told them I didn’t need a box to return my item, but they insisted I did need one. Had to call Amazon to have them call their store to let them know I didn’t! Had to do 3 trips to just return my merchandise.

    the one man is very rude and talks to people as if they were stupid. not everyone knows ups for a living.

    The gentleman behind the counter was completely clueless and required two other employees to help him. This place is a complete rip off. For a box, wrapping, and shipping for two albums, a bag of coffee, and a dress they tried to charge over EIGHTY DOLLARS. Avoid avoid avoid.

    Staff was rude, make customers use kiosk if there is more than one person on line and only have one register open with 4 people standing behind the counter chatting.
