  The gentleman behind the counter was completely clueless and required two other employees to help him. This place is a complete rip off. For a box, wrapping, and shipping for two albums, a bag of coffee, and a dress they tried to charge over EIGHTY DOLLARS. Avoid avoid avoid.

  Staff was rude, make customers use kiosk if there is more than one person on line and only have one register open with 4 people standing behind the counter chatting.

  I needed pickup, packing and shipping of a framed print (auction lot). I did not want the frame, much cheaper to ship without. They arranged to have the print removed from the frame by the auction house. They gave me an estimate, but charged LESS! I was very happy with their quick response, excellent communication and outstanding service. Went far beyond what I expected for a small job.

  Notary hours are until 3pm. Crappy customer service. I waited on line because I needed to have something notarized and because it was after 3 pm the actual notary wouldn’t do it and asked that I come back tomorrow. Called AccuPrint in Beacon And they have a notary that works till 5 PM and offers many more services such as Fedex, DHL and and Anna array of all the shipping options more importantly, they appreciate their customers and their kind and friendly. I would recommend going here if you have the opportunity.

  BEWARE!! This store will nickel and dime you for everything! They tried to charge us $75 for a larger box, just the box. We decided not to return the item since the cost of the box was more than the cost of the item. We tried to return something else via Amazon and they charged us to use two pieces of packing tape. I have had much better experiences at the UPS stores in the area than this one. It seems like you can never return something for free, they’re always trying to make money somehow. Bring your Amazon returns elsewhere and ship USPS! I will not be back any time soon. I have had much better experiences at other UPS locations and with other shipping couriers. My main point is that they try to scalp you when you are in the store!
