I have to say, I am VERY disappointed in my in-store experience at the Farmingdale / Airport Plaza Staples. I went in for ink. The ink aisle was almost barren. I asked the cashier if someone can help me in the ink aisle and was told NO. I stood there and waited (she had a ridiculously long line because only 1 register was open). She finally (rudely) asked me what I wanted. I explained that I need hp61 black and tri color twin pack. She goes to the aisle and grabs 61 tricolor xl twin pack and says HERE. I told her that is not what I asked for at all and to please check in the back to see if they have what I need. without bothering to check, she said "we don't have it". I had no choice but to only take the single pack of tri color. I went to check out at the print center since the line built up again and the woman there said they are the only 2 working!! The store is HUGE and you only have 2 associates on duty and customers cannot get proper assistance????? Whoever the scheduling manager is should be fired or transferred to a small store where they can be properly trained because they don't know what they're doing Now, I have to order the ink that I needed TODAY and wait for it to be shipped. I am disabled and cannot run store to store. Had I know Staples would be such a shytshow, I would have gone to WalMart --- at least they always have associates AND the ink I need.
