- JJJJApr 21, 20261.0I went to mail a box and asked If I can put the right mailing address so that it could get to the right person and the older lady at the window was very rude. The first clerk I went to was on her phone the whole time but they tell you that it is prohibited to take pictures of your package. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the lady took 25 minutes to come to the window. I almost forgot what I had to ask her. The service is slow as hell and everyone has an attitude.

This post office is severely understaffed and the staff they do have are dismissive, rude, arrogant, unfriendly, lazy and I could go on and on. There is one worker I’ve seen there that is kind and it’s an Indian or middle eastern woman who’s very sweet and professional. I went to the Mott Avenue post office today to purchase a money order and mail important documents by certified mail and I waited an hour. I live in the Mott Avenue area but as YAHUAH Is my witness I’ll never go back to that post office again. Ever.
