After 30 minutes they finally called the next person in line. And I'm guessing it's going to be as long for everyone as there is one slow person at the window. And the heat is terrible

For the last couple of months I have had an issue with the supervisor/couriers of the Far Rockaway location scanning packages as "delivered, parcel locker" when parcel locker doesn't even exist and no mail person is even on site to deliver as a way to cheat the system and make it look like they are doing their jobs. If I am lucky the package will arrive many business days later but I have had cases when nothing shows up at all and you cant make a claim because the systems sees it as delivered. They figure since its this particular neighborhood they can do whatever they want and no one will care or even have the knowledge to report this horrible behavior. If you have had any issues please go to the USPS site then to the "email US" page and make a complaint so the higher-ups can know what's going on and maybe do something about it.
