There were also many people in line waiting and an entire family also applying for passports and getting their photos taken. Amanda and Andrea are the people you want assisting you. Well done!

Nobody answers when you call even if you try for 20 minutes, and going down there physically is a waste of time because no matter what they tell you, they never actually do anything. I've been there three times with the same problem and my mail still isn't being delivered. Even when I've contacted them over the issue several times and they absolutely assured me that just giving special delivery instructions would take care of the problem, I'm still not getting my mail. This is just a bad location if you actually want to get your mail and expect to receive it, just expect to be lied to right your face and have no problems fixed by any of the incompetent workers here.
- JPJessica PiersonJul 11, 20262.0Everyone who works here is nice amazing wonderful people except the one lady I forgot her name but she is so rude and disrespectful I hate going to this post office just because of her like every single time I go in there she is rude and sarcastic she tried to tell me I could not get a post office box but thank god one of the male workers was close by because he finished helping me and I infact did get one she is just a miserable person like I said I forgot her name but I will get it next time I go and I plan on calling the post matter of whoever handles this type of stuff because I’m not the only one who been treated like that if she didn’t work there I would have rated 5 stars
