Hi 437 on a Wednesday August 12th 2026 just want to say I had a little trouble in Staples here and Michelle the manager handled it very well she gave me back my money that was owed to me that the other cashier did not give back so if anybody deserves a big thank you for helping somebody at the stables location Elmsford New York it's definitely Michelle the manager she has great vibe very intelligent and definitely knows how to talk to customers in distress like I was thank you again Michelle from the feinberg family

Thank you for your response. These employees judge and treat customers by the way they look. I was there 7/11 @ 3pm I wanted to get a headphone that was C compatible. The black female that was on the floor asking if anyone needed help as customers walked in, totally dismissed me and ran to help a black customer and another man. She was absolutely rude and her lack of customer service, she should be working in the storage room. Most of the workers are and managers are very unprofessional and rude, but guess what. Thats the only staples around. Businesses are closing everyday and I wouldn't be surprised if this is next.

If Staples is going to incorporate another company, such as Party City, into its stores, then all associates should be properly trained to inflate balloons. Customers should not have to wait more than 20 minutes after being told to purchase balloons and then return to have them inflated. During my visit, I was told to wait for another associate, even though the employee behind the Party City counter was simply walking back and forth and did not appear to be assisting other customers. This made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, the Party City section was poorly stocked. Many party supplies were either out of stock or had not been replenished, making it difficult to find what I needed. Overall, if Staples plans to offer Party City products and services, it should ensure that associates are adequately trained and that inventory is consistently maintained to provide customers with the level of service they expect.
