Occasionally I asked to skip a delivery and have requested twice to be notified prior so that I could skip the delivery. However they choose to notify you the morning of the delivery and you’re unable to cancel. We trying to get customer service and there’s no humans to talk to. Find another water company or better yet just go by yourself activation. If I could give them no stars I would worst company

I have scheduled empty bottle pickups four separate times, and no one has come. Deliveries are frequently rescheduled without any notice, leaving customers guessing when their water will arrive. Customer service has also been extremely disappointing. Representatives are located overseas, have not been able to resolve the issues, and refuse to provide contact information for the local branch handling my deliveries in Elmsford, NY. After years of being a loyal customer, I am beyond frustrated. The lack of reliability, communication, and accountability has led me to cancel my service and look elsewhere.
