  I always have an issue with FedEx delivering my package. Today a driver rang my bell to my building (I buzzed him in) and immediately acted like it was a missed delivery. Didn’t even leave a slip, he took a picture of the package. It’s a terrible experience trying to get in touch with their customer service

  FedEx delivery SUCKS!!!! 3 Days staying home for my New work computer and phone!! The driver comes and takes a picture of the Entrance and LEAVES!!!!!!!!!!! LAZY SCHMUCK!!!! I had to arrange to pick=up the package myself tmrrw!!!!

  I absolutely hate when my packages get sent to this FedEx location. There is a driver named Mark who has now marked multiple of my packages as “undeliverable,” even though no delivery attempt was made. He never rang my bell or contacted me. I purposely stayed home all day waiting for my package. To make it even more frustrating, my Uber Eats driver came upstairs to my apartment at 4:25 PM, and literally the next minute I checked the tracking and my package had suddenly been marked “undeliverable.” This has happened multiple times. I had to reorder my vanity because the first shipment didn’t include my apartment number (which was the shipper’s mistake). Then, when the replacement was finally supposed to arrive, it was marked “undeliverable” again. I also had to reorder my vanity chair because that package was marked undeliverable as well. On top of that, I ordered a bed frame, and they delayed that delivery too. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don’t want to deliver large packages, so they simply mark them as “undeliverable” instead of making an actual delivery attempt. That’s completely unfair because customers plan their day around these deliveries and expect them to arrive within the estimated delivery window. I ordered my first vanity on June 26, and the estimated delivery date was July 1–3. Today is July 14, and I still don’t have my vanity. I’ve had to deal with unnecessary delays, reorder items, and waste my time because of repeated “undeliverable” scans that don’t seem legitimate. Customer service has been no help at all. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had. FedEx seriously needs to investigate what is happening at this location because this is clearly becoming a pattern. I would not recommend having important packages shipped through this facility. DO BETTER

  I paid for overnight shipping. They shipped it FOUR days later and then when it arrived, they delivered it to the wrong house and lied and said “I wasn’t home” but the picture they posted is of a completely different house. Will never use FedEx again
