- MMmelonholly1 day ago1.0I'm sure the other staff there are nice, but to put it bluntly the man running the printing services is awful at customer service, genuinely unprofessional behavior from this person. I simply wanted to print out a shipping label (something that should be straight forward) and he complicated it by taking my phone and trying to use this other app instead of just giving me the email address used to receive the files. When I was struggling to get through the process which was stressing me out because it was just us two standing there. He spoke out of line for what a customer service representative should be speaking like, essentially blaming me and/or my device for the complications when in reality he should be a professional in knowing how to simply send over some files with email. I will not be returning, I'm sure he treats every customer this way, unacceptable.
