  6pm. 10/1. Black woman with glasses on duty. Sorry I don't know her name. Complaint has nothing to do with race. Very unprofessional and rude. I told her she was rude and felt the need to tell me how she wasn't being rude. She obviously felt overwhelmed because she's the only one working when the store closes in an hour. I'd rather be at UPS but oh well. I doubt anyone reads these from USPS but this is where our tax dollars go.

  TERRIBLE, la pésima atención de esta señora asiática, no se puede preguntar nada Fui a retirar un paquete que no me pudieron entregar pero esta mujer que no debería trabajar en servicio al cliente casi que nos quiere pegar, como puede ser posible que tengan a esta mujer trabajando ahí? Veo que no soy la primera persona en quejarse de este monstruo que me atendió ?!!!! USPS deberían elegir mejor al personal Debo ponerle 1 estrella porque no hay opción de poner -10 por el mal trato que recibí hoy

  I went to this post office to drop off a few packages and accidentally brought the wrong box. It was an honest mistake, and I completely understand if there was something I needed to fix, but the attitude and the way I was spoken to were unnecessary. I would have appreciated being treated with a little more patience and respect, especially since it was an honest mistake. The situation could have been handled in a much more professional and courteous way. And it wasn’t just one person it was the whole staff.

  The service here is horrible; I’ve had many packages go missing. They just string me along, claiming they’ll investigate, but nothing ever gets resolved. They wash their hands of the matter by simply saying the package was delivered and leave it at that without looking into it at all. I’ve lost a lot of money—who is going to reimburse me? Plus, the customer service at the offices is terrible.

  I will not be returning to this location. I came in last week to drop off two large packages for my small business, but the experience was completely frustrating from start to finish. There was no clear signage indicating which drop-off window to use, and the employee working was unhelpful and rude when I opened the wrong one. Instead of assisting me constructively when handling the large packages, she was argumentative. After spending hours preparing these packages for my customer, dealing with this level of poor customer service was unacceptable. I completed the customer survey to report this experience. USPS needs to hold its staff to higher standards of professionalism and basic respect. Avoid this location. 0/5 stars. To the Asian clerk who sours people’s lives, what comes around goes around! In the words of our current President, YOU’RE FIRED!!!
