Echo other comments about confusing instructions regarding QR code and not being able to print labels. Also the Black woman working on 8/15 around 1:30pm was incredibly unprofessional, has an attitude, tries to be sassy/smart with her responses, and leaves a bad taste in your mouth altogether. You can also hear she was getting annoyed with customers where English is a second language. Don’t know where the audacity is coming from but that’s city workers for ya. That’s why I avoid this location unless I absolutely have to. Do better if you’re in customer service. Would give 0 specifically for that individual. Thankfully her coworker was much more helpful and pleasant.

This is the second worst post office in all of New York City. Please consider a different post office. The employees here are slow and incompetent. My most recent transaction took me more than one hour . It’s a shame that the postal service is getting worse and worse but some post offices are the leaders in worst service.

The Corona Elmhurst Junction Blvd Ny 11373 post office, the mail carrier on duty was holding a parking spot for someone else. I told her that you can not do this since it is illegal in NYC to hold a public street parking spot with your body or object (public curbside parking belongs to the city, and USPS must follow standard NYC parking regulations) and I also asked if she had a permit to hold this spot. She kept saying that the person was going to come and was dismissing the question asked. She was hostile and came up to my car and knocked hardly on the passenger side window repeatedly saying she was going to report us to her supervisor for not letting her hold this spot.

Please install a kiosk so I don’t have to deal with customer services. One of the customer service representatives always yells and unhappy . Also, those customer satisfaction surveys on the machines don't work well. I always select the smiling face even when I’m unhappy because I feel like I'm being watched, which defeats the purpose

The workers are so rude and nasty! They give lectures for you using “the wrong tape” but there’s nothing in the place to buy. When I asked for a solution they said nothing but they couldn’t mail it. I got a lecture repeadly over and over about how I used the wrong tape. I don’t need a lecture. Then, I was swarmed by more staff around the worker telling me, “she’s telling me the rules.” I’m only going to nod and smile so many times having someone snapping and saying, “you don’t listen. You don’t listen. I’m going to mail it just this once. But you don’t listen.” That’s interesting because this was FOURTH issues I’ve had trying to send a package because the worker didn’t like the box, the tape, the letting, my handwriting. I shouldn’t feel bullied and shamed trying to send my loved ones a care package.
