- LLLc lcOct 13, 20181.0Refused to deliver my package because first it was no secure location then it was too heavy and then because "the trucks don't have reverse"...was forced to borrow a truck to pick up my package which defeated the ENTIRE purpose of ordering the crib online...entirely disrespectful and uncurteous about the whole thing. I will be going to a higher level about the staff working here and why they refuse to handle a package they were put in charge of delivering in the first place....
