Everyone, including myself, always expects USPS offices to be dusted with awful service. However, I’ve been to countless post offices and the staff at the USPS office here is out of this world. Very friendly, kind staff and I never have to wait. Amazing!

Today, I visited a U.S. post office for the first time to mail a letter. Before the final payment step, I was prompted to press an electronic confirmation button. I repeatedly pressed “Yes,” and the attendant reset the process several times. Initially, I thought there was an issue with the machine or network, and she seemed a bit surprised as well. Eventually, she noticed I kept pressing “Yes” and earnestly asked if my mail contained any liquids or hazardous items. I replied, “No,” and then pressed “Yes” again, not realizing that the electronic screen was asking the same question she had just posed. I hadn’t read the prompt. She smiled and said, “Don’t press ‘Yes’ anymore.” Suddenly, I understood that I should have pressed “No” to proceed with the payment. I laughed at my own mistake and apologized; the attendant laughed along with me. This experience felt special to me because I felt grateful—no one mocked my mistake or showed disdain. It wasn’t about political correctness; it was a natural, kind reaction that warmed my heart.

When to the post office on 6/8/22 at 4:48 pm and the post office door was closed and no body was at the counter the sign on the door stated Monday to Friday open 9-5 . It was 5 people outside waiting to get in . With no signs on the door stating otherwise this is unbelievable crazy.

Absolutely horrendous. Please get rid of the woman in the front. The disrespect and rudeness is appalling. I will be reporting her.
