  After visiting multiple stores during a very stressful time - we encountered Michael at this location whose customer service was amazing. He was able to print out what we needed timely and gave us a sense of relief. If you’re ever at this location be sure to ask for Michael! He’s amazing.

  Prompt and courteous service, store is neat and allows for self-servicing if you choose not to wait in line. My 9 year old daughter absolutely LOVES scanning and labeling the packages. The self service station is always replenished with bags,garbage can available and the bins in the cabinet are emptied to allow room for new packages. I live in Queens and drive to this UPS location because of stellar service!!! I use UPS a significant amount, the store clerks are ALWAYS wonderful at this location.

  I had a fantastic experience here! Michael was super helpful, he was such a kind gentlemen and had patience and assisted me with my packages. He was a pleasure to deal with, and he was working with a smile on a rainy Sunday memorial weekend! Kudos to him!

  Don’t let the 5 stars fool you it was a mistake . Had a horrible experience, taken off guard by some young kid behind the counter with a major attitude. I felt completely disrespected. He was very sharp and abrupt and tested my patience for no reason whatsoever I strongly suggest the owner changes the position that this kid takes he made me feel extremely uncomfortable and started my day off in a very bad mood.
