    I was having a rough day and I went to the wrong UPS To pick up my package. They told me it was at the UPS in East Northport, so I ran over there knowing that they were going to be closed but I figured maybe there’s still some good people in this world that would be able to help me. That’s when their manager Chris came to the door and he let me in and got me my package! It’s small acts of kindness that restore your faith in humanity. Thank you Chris, for your small act of kindness that made a big impact in my day.

    I usually come to this location for amazon return drop off , had a letter needs a overnight shipping , the lady weighted and without even ask me the zip code or address , pretty sure won't even over a pound . She told me going to be $130 something , I was quite shocked by the price then she explained "Its like you buying a plane ticket ." So I called other UPS shop for overnight shipping for an envelope going to be around $60ish . Not sure that's a rip off or she just do not like take my business . I did brought over a package to return as well but end up she wouldn't take it due to shipping label on the actual product package , maybe I refuse to buy the $5 amazon plastic coverage bag ?

    Always polite people working there The staff is knowledgeable and thorough They work quickly to get any lines down and there has never been a longer than 10 minute wait during peak hours

    The staff is very knowledgeable with returns of all kinds whether UPS, Amazon or other vendors. The staff at this location are courteous and friendly… even when they have to say “No” you’ll have to come back with packaging or we can pack it for you
