  Not a very convenient location considering their QR code system has been down and now I have to drive to Sag to drop off all my returns (still easier than printing and packing everything myself). The employees seem very stressed out by this too. Really hope management fixes this and shocked it’s not fixed yet since it’s been like this for a couple days now. I’ll delete this review when management responds and acknowledges the problem.

  If you are staying in the area and trying to have Amazon or online purchases forwarded here for convenience, go somewhere else. ​Not only do they hit you with unannounced, petty fees to pick up your own packages, but the staff's attitude is incredibly hostile. I was rudely told that redirecting packages 'is frowned upon' and threatened with having my deliveries flat-out refused if I did it again. ​If you value your time and expect basic, professional customer service, avoid this location. They make a simple package pickup a massive, unpleasant chore.

  I get anxiety everything I have to come here. And it’s always the same person that gives me a hard time. I literally have no idea what keeps Alexis employed here. Never helpful. Always slightly threatening. Phone and in person demeanor are not that of someone that should be customer facing. Will be addressing this with franchise management this time around. I asked for 11x17 and this is what I got. No warning that it would print to fit paper. She then expressed I’d still be paying for it even though I need a reprint at the size it was meant to be? lol
