- LGLiliana GonzalezJun 15, 20261.0★☆☆☆☆ I had the worst experience returning a small Amazon item at this location. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was having trouble connecting to find my return code and asked for the Wi-Fi. The employee pointed me in the wrong direction and did so with a clear attitude. After spending extra time trying to figure it out myself, I finally found the code and returned to the counter. There were two cashiers working, and when I explained that I had located the code, I was abruptly told, “You have to wait on line.” The line was long, and the way it was said was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, especially for something as simple as an Amazon return. Very disappointing experience. I will avoid this location in the future. ★☆☆☆☆
