- KBKarli BudayAug 26, 20261.0The ladies that work here are horrible. Very rude. I am in the office regularly dropping off mail. But just a PSA dont go on a Monday (all day) or any morning. They will tell you how busy they are and make you feel like an inconvenience. I sell items online and in the office a few times a week. Never a good experience. Today I walked in to drop off a package. There was an older gentleman behind me, but he dropped of envelopes 1st. Thus I was waiting inside, I didnt want to ring the bell, cause I know they already dont like me. But then the older gentleman came in. Asked if I rang the bell, I shared I didnt. I didnt want to disrupt anyone. He said to ring the bell, I did. No one came. He asked to ring it again. I did. The lady came out and shared that no one must of heard her, because she said after the 1st ring she was comming. I said I didnt hear. She was like well the guy behind you has bad hearing, implying that i should have heard. I then said, we both didn't hear you together. She then proceeded to hit the green customer service happy face button for me and didnt let me choose/rate my experience. So here I am, get a better attitude. You work in customer service. Your job is to take packages, dont get upset when I drop off packages. On the flip side, the McLean lady is super amazing. Always saying hi, says to bring as much as i want in.

Since moving away one thing I have missed is the small mom and pop feel of the stores, post office etc. The staff at the Dryden Post Office feels like home. Incredibly friendly, very helpful and they always remember everyone's name. LOVE THIS POST OFFICE!!
