  The ladies that work here are horrible. Very rude. I am in the office regularly dropping off mail. But just a PSA dont go on a Monday (all day) or any morning. They will tell you how busy they are and make you feel like an inconvenience. I sell items online and in the office a few times a week. Never a good experience. Today I walked in to drop off a package. There was an older gentleman behind me, but he dropped of envelopes 1st. Thus I was waiting inside, I didnt want to ring the bell, cause I know they already dont like me. But then the older gentleman came in. Asked if I rang the bell, I shared I didnt. I didnt want to disrupt anyone. He said to ring the bell, I did. No one came. He asked to ring it again. I did. The lady came out and shared that no one must of heard her, because she said after the 1st ring she was comming. I said I didnt hear. She was like well the guy behind you has bad hearing, implying that i should have heard. I then said, we both didn't hear you together. She then proceeded to hit the green customer service happy face button for me and didnt let me choose/rate my experience. So here I am, get a better attitude. You work in customer service. Your job is to take packages, dont get upset when I drop off packages. On the flip side, the McLean lady is super amazing. Always saying hi, says to bring as much as i want in.

  Mail was delivered at 9:44am. I got a notification that an attempt was made to deliver my package but wasn't due to no secure location. I received notice that a note was left for me with details. No note was left and no attempt was made at delivering my package as I was home during the delivery time. Today being veterans day I'm assuming the mail person was rushing to get done and couldn't be bothered to drive into the parking lot to drop my package at my door. This secure location has always been good enough to receive packages in the past....not to mention USPS lost a different package last week with no updates.

  Nice place, but you guys should really allow us to have access to our mail while your closed.

  Beware. We made the mistake of mailing a return through ups. They lost our package and after hours on the phone on one varied message system to another we cannot get through to speak to anyone to sort this out . Even if we had insurance ( life lesson to never use ups without it) we would not be able to make a claim as we can not get through to anyone. If I heard one more message about how they care about customer service I would explode Do yourself favor. For packages or items of worth spend a few more cents and use a more reliable carrier.
