He made everything easy and took the time to make sure all of our paperwork was in order. I actually had to come back because I forgot something needed to finish my youngest son’s application. Mike was about to go on his lunch break, but before he left, he made sure to let his coworker know about our situation so we could be helped right away. His coworker was just as friendly, patient, and efficient, and we were able to finish everything without any issues. I really appreciate the excellent customer service we received from both of them. They were welcoming, professional, and made the whole passport process much less stressful. Thank you both for your kindness and for making it such a positive experience! Highly recommend this location
