- WSWild SpiritSep 29, 20201.0I've had a package transferred from DHL to the Derby, NY post office for delivery to me in Delevan, NY. Not sure why. The main issue is that the postal service received the package more than 2 weeks ago and it sat at one post office for 1 week and now the Derby post office for an entire week. I'll guarantee if I ever receive the package that it will have a 2 day Priority Mail label on it like the last 2 packages that sat in the Rochester post office for 2 weeks after being transferred from DHL. The postal service needs to get their act in gear.
