- DMDeirdre MichaelAug 25, 20261.0I live on a dead end street. There are only 12 houses on this street. All our house numbers are clearly marked on our mailboxes and on our houses. And yet our mail carrier manages to mis-deliver mail as often as 3 times a week. Isn't there a literacy test for these carriers? Today he delivered a tranche of mail addressed to a neighbor down the street to my mail box. Why do I have to keep doing the mail carrier's job and deliver my neighbor's mail? This is incredibly frustrating. Important mail has gone missing, and mail I send has not reached its destination. Update: called the post office, spoke with a person who identified herself as the postmaster and refused to give a last name. Explained the situation, explained that it was ongoing and frustrating. Asked for the mail carrier to be re-assigned to a different route. She said she couldn't do that. The mail carrier came back, informed me that I had no mail today (which is not what the USPS email daily digest says) and then shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. I told him he mis-delivered my neighbors mail to me and that I had to bring it over to my neighbor and he acted like he didn't care and did not apologize. This is our tax dollars at work.

- BFBrian FarrellFeb 10, 20204.0The postmaster is very rude. I hope I just caught him on a bad day. I’ve never had good experiences here unless dealing with the normal staff at the counter. They are very pleasant and will go above and beyond to help.
