- DTdwight taylorApr 28, 20265.0My wife got her passport last year and the process with the agent was horrible, when I made an appointment last month to get a passport for my son I was expecting the worst. To our great surprise this experience was extremely pleasant and we left feeling grateful and smiling. The change was that the agent who dealt with my wife was no longer there and the passport arrangements were being manned by different employees. The passport section is now moved from the back to the front. It is 5 stars ratings for the gentleman who assisted us with my son's application, he was very professional and patient. I recommend that everyone do their passports at the Deer Park Post Office.

I came in to drop off a package, and the employee (who said his name was Phil but on his name tap says Paul ) refused to accept it simply because my address is listed as Dix Hills instead of Deer Park—even though this is the closest location to me and there isn’t even a post office in Dix Hills. Very disappointing experience.
