  We contacted Melissa as 1st time homebuyers. She was very responsive, transparent , very honest, and helpful from the beginning. We loved the fact that she broke everything down and helped us to understand the process, which part of the process we were at and what went next. She helped us so much that even though we had multiple issues with the seller, she guided us through and was absolutely wonderful. In person she was even better.   Our Real Estate Agent Danielle Riggio was amazing .. she found us our forever home on the third set of viewings! She was focused on our needs and delivered!!
