- AKamethyst kateApr 24, 20261.0Lady who is at the clerk desk is not nice, constantly nitpicks the size of the packages and 2 times she has completely refused my packages that were perfectly fine and accepted at other USPS locations. She literally wouldn't ship it out and I'm running a business. Do not go to this place unless you wanna deal with a miserable old lady who criticizes you. Go to jefferson valley usps or mohegan lake
- CIChristina IvanovFeb 14, 20261.0Every time when I go there I am a little disappointed because most of the people who work there are not nice. However, now I strongly believe they have serious issues. This week I went there with my son (5 years old) so he can send his valentine to his best friend. It was close to 5 pm so the lady who works there got out and started to empty the mailbox. She got my son’s valentine out of the mailbox and complained that it’s not flat and it should be sent as a package. I explained her that it’s just a kid’s valentine and usually they are not flat but not heavy, either. I didn’t want to make a big deal especially when she was ruining my son’s experience so I told her I am sending the card anyway and if it comes back to us, this is okay. Well, they ripped his valentine and sent an empty envelope to the little girl. It was a heartbreaking thing to do, they are only 5… I hope someone enjoys a little squishy!
