- MRMother RobotJun 8, 20261.0This bank has the nastiest tellers, most unprofessional tellers. They don't great you, they don't treat you like they want to help you, they genuinely seem like they don't want you there. The teller today not only physically sneered but gave me attitude and said, "do you even have an account here??". She argued with me over the amount I was trying to deposit and was visibly and audibly irritated she had to count money twice. I wish I could say this was my first bad experience here, but its far from it. I'm so glad my business account is elsewhere and I'll be closing my personal account here immediately.

Just got another payment taken out of our bank account this month. I live three hours away from the closest branch, so I have to call their customer service and they are very unhelpful and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. I do not recommend their loan services.
