- JFJ FJun 12, 20235.0I’m reading some of these (old) comments and I’m guessing their outdated… Visiting from Florida and needed help with wrapping glass bottles for my flight. Both older male employees were polite and helpful. They weren’t over the top with excitement but they weren’t rude either. Listen, the employees at USPS deal with all kinds of people, just because some individuals expect them to bow to them because they are in Customer Service doesn’t mean they deserve negative comments. I came in, asked questions, they engaged in conversation politely, and I moved on. As long as I got what needed to be done, I’m happy. I don’t know what these NY Karen’s are talking about in these comments. Keep up the great work USPS!

- G0Gaming 0virapt0rSep 3, 20201.0I recently moved to Cooperstown and thankfully this is the only place I have received such horribly rude service every time. Don't expect any common courtesy here. My whole transaction two other employees behind the counter (im assuming, as one was dressed in plain clothes and not wearing a mask) did not take their eyes off their phones unless it was to briefly look up and stare without a single hello, how are you, have a good day....nothing. I suggest driving to Milford post office if possible. One positive is I have never had a problem with the mail delivery just the people who work in the post office.
