  Enrique. Give that man a raise! He was very kind and helpful. He helped us with our notary and was able to maintain a very good composure and demeanor under a very busy situation. Very impressed.

  The agent I had Micheal at store #3267, was quick, thorough and very easy to work with. He took his time to look up different prices for returning something. He didn't rush me at all and really took his time but was quick and personable

  The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with. I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help. I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate. There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind! He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance. A great staff and a very well-run store.
