- IMIlka MarquardtFeb 9, 20191.0Lidia is the most unprofessional postal worker I met. We are deprived of 2-day shipping for it takes 2 days the packages to move from Garrison to Cold Spring office. At the same time they write "delivery attempted" even though the package is not in the post office after 11 am two days later. Recently my husband was charged for international mailing of a mass card as 2lb. package because their computer "does not allow first class large envelope mailing". DOUBLE PRICE! And our complain to the USPS were back to her to resolve. WHY?
