I thought it was for work then realized he was just scrolling through TikTok reels while I waited for almost 10 minutes. After he finally came to the counter he continued to look at his phone and scroll which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service and will not be returning to this post office.

He then told me he wouldn’t ship my package he ask what was in the package I told him and he doesn’t believe me and wouldn’t ship it. Mind you this is was a return I had a QR code for. Then cursed at me multiple times as I was walking out of the store.
