- RDRachael DanellaApr 27, 20261.0I am beyond disgusted with the service at my local USPS office. For over a year, my address has been flagged for “animal interference.” My dog has not been mobile for over a year and has now been deceased for over two months. We even brought in documentation to confirm this, and yet two months later my packages are STILL being refused delivery for the exact same reason. At this point, it’s not a misunderstanding—it’s negligence. No one has taken the time to update the system, and instead of doing their job, carriers are choosing to skip deliveries altogether. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, and no one seems willing to fix something that should have been handled immediately. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for USPS. I should not have to fight this hard just to receive my own mail. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be escalating this beyond the local office.
