The person did not give me tracking info for the right package. Bottom line, I lost $100. and had NO MERCHANDISE because of this error. I called Mary in CC and she explained in great detail what had happened, which I SO appreciated. I love Mary, because she take time with each person and LISTENS, which is still a lost art. Thank you for the chance to comment on a person who is just SO appreciated by many of us!
