The agent who was working with me, did not even say hi however I said hi how are you with a smile and that was fine I started to give him the Amazon many items to return, and he was really nervous from the beginning in the middle of the return the problem happened in the store with another customer so that confuse me a little bit and I told him in words I am sorry I got confused because I have Adhd, however, I was still organized comparing to his performance. I was trying to make it easy on him, and I feel that I was the customer service there. An error from my side happened with giving him one item, and it was very easy to just switch while he backed off and hit his head and started to blow in the air and called his manager and in front of the long line behind me, he told his manager, she is confusing me I explained to his manager that I was very nice to the guy trying to make it easy on him, and I still had a few items, but I was literally crying and I could not even continue the transaction. His manager, when I was leaving, he apologized, and asked me to try to have a good day, but after all what I have seen from that agent, unfortunately I cannot have a good day Thanks for ruining my day from the beginning of it
