- AAAlexiSep 21, 20261.0Deliberately doesn’t answer phone calls.
- BPB PtakJun 22, 20261.0I shipped a item june 12th they kept it and finally shipped back to me on June 22nd they apparently decided to open my package and determine it didn't qualify for media mail and then tapped a note that I can pay 8.88 to ship it again after I already paid 5.40 for them to hold it for 10 day's save ur self the aggregation and ship FedEx its faster and most time cheaper
- TTTJApr 7, 20261.0This is the absolute worst post office I have ever experienced. I can see why it has a 3.1 rating, which is still too high in my opinion. This location should be shut down entirely, or hire all new staff under new Management.
- KKKari KimbroughJan 24, 20223.0I don’t know if its this office that does mail deliveries in Cicero estates but they need to be careful on how they place the mail in the mailboxes my mail box will not open because mail is lodged between the door I’ve tried prying it open with a knife and nothing. This could be important mail and now I have to wait until the next mail delivery or the landlord gets here to fix it, please be mindful next time bc if the mailbox gets broken that’s on us !
