Every time I come into this store, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is so upbeat and helpful. When I was in having numerous important documents, copied, it started pouring rain. The lovely associate who was assisting me at the copy machine gave me a box in order to keep my documents dry from the downpour. Now that’s service!!! Before I retired, I was in the hospitality industry, and I recognize that you can always teach an employee a skill, but you can never truly teach them to be hospitable. Congratulations UPS this store is amazing because of your employees and I will continue to travel past several other UPS stores just to come to yours!

This is the best of all the UPS stores I have been to !!! The girls here are always the nicest and helpful clerks I have had the pleasure to meet. I am a senior and I find these things confusing at times so these girls step right up to help. I so appreciate their kindness. I wish all clerks were as nice and helpful as they are.

The UPS store in Cicero, NY. Was where I returned an Amazon purchase and sent a parcel by UPS. They were helpful, pleasant to work with and very willing to help me with the items sending. They were efficient without hurrying me through the process. A pleasure to do business with.

Oops, she did it again!! I needed a rush print job completed and was worried that I wasn’t going to have everything I needed in time for my event. Wendy stepped up and helped ensure that all of the documents I needed were printed, on the correct paper and perfectly organized so that I was able to quickly get my order and not have to fumble through all of the pages to make sure everything was presented accurately. She really saved me and I’m forever grateful for her! This isn’t the first time she has displayed exceptional customer service and I just want her to know that it’s not unrecognized!

Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Frontage Road location of UPS. Each and everyone of the staff, greeted me, offered help, and I had the pleasure of being served by several of the very professional staff!! Lisa, helped me carry several packages from my car and the store manager notarized a document. Truly a ONE-STOP-SHOP! Needed printing, scanning, a notary, and shipping WHILE VISITING Syracuse! PRINTED, NOTARIZED, and SCANNED important legal documents, and SHIPPED boxes of Hand-picked New York apples back home!! Thank you to all and looking forward to using your services again.
