- NTNila Tasnia3 days ago1.0I have never experienced such rude, mean, and unprofessional behavior from employees at a customer service location. The way customers are treated here is absolutely unacceptable. There is no excuse for speaking to customers with such disrespect and attitude. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome or humiliated. If someone does not enjoy working with customers, they should reconsider whether this is the right job for them instead of taking their frustration out on innocent customers. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides proper customer service training to its employees. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

We had provided a box and left it open in case UPS wanted to confirm contents like we are used to. The employee at the counter refused to take the box shut siting that they get thousands of these types of returns. Why not just tape the box shut? What ever happened to simple customer service?

- EBEricka BSep 9, 20264.0When the store operated during its designated/regular hours, customer service was steller. Unfortunately, the hours were recently reduced due to staffing constraints. Customer service is still excellent but be sure to call ahead to confirm the hours of operation before heading to the store. I hope they are able to return to regular hours soon.
- ANAnn nonymousAug 5, 20262.0Their website says they’re open till 630 during the week. I got there at 5:29 PM, and they Lock the door. Sign on the door said they were shortstaffed, but I saw two guys at the counter who refused to answer the door.
