  Their website says they’re open till 630 during the week. I got there at 5:29 PM, and they Lock the door. Sign on the door said they were shortstaffed, but I saw two guys at the counter who refused to answer the door.

  The UPS store on Harlem Rd, Cheektowaga, NY has an excellent staff. Very Friendly, courteous and professional.

  Needed to ship a return back to the sender so I stopped into this location as it is close to my job. Although there were a couple customers before me, I was able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. My package even arrived to the destination a day early. Parking was adequate and staff was polite!

  Called inquiring about a lost package , owner was very nasty, hung up in my face.. i called and Abby answered and she was horribly nasty as well hanging up in my face etc. because i was trying to get info on my package that UPS lost. Whether i called the right place or not in regards to my concern my problem was not handled well at all by them i do not recommend them nor the facility! They couldn’t give me a clear answer or a help on ANYTHING in regards too getting an update or possibly info im missing. I have called BBB on them because as an owner he handled this very poorly and was extremely nasty to a customer … and the employees are just as worse! No regards or sympathy to a customer who wasted THEIR MONEY because a package that I wasn’t even able to receive was lost on THEIR END
