- BVBridget Varner2 days ago5.0Delivery drivers arrived towards the beginning of the delivery window and we're very polite and professional, despite delivering 3 boxes that have to weigh like 80 pounds each.
- LMLisa M.Oct 5, 20265.0We just had a new LG propane gas-fired dryer delivered to us this morning by RXO, and I have to say that the two young men who delivered the dryer were very professional, courteous, careful, and efficient— and they arrived when they said they would!! (none of that is very common these days, so a big shout out to Leo and his coworker!)
- LZLaurie ZimniewiczOct 2, 20265.0The RXO team was outstanding! I had a difficult delivery because my older home has narrow doors. The men worked very conscientiously to ensure that the delivery and the haul away happened. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for their caring demeanor and professional delivery.
- MMMeg MelvilleSep 17, 20265.0I’ve had several IKEA orders delivered to a remote area in Upstate NY. On every occasion, the delivery went perfectly and the staff could not be more helpful. Finally, an order from IKEA was delayed according to them by several weeks, but I was able to call RXO and they agreed to deliver it the next day! Perfect service all around.
