This has been the most embarrassing and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be delivered six days ago. The delivery was first delayed, then canceled on Friday, then canceled again on Saturday. Yesterday, I left work multiple times and spent the entire day waiting because I was repeatedly told my mattress was on its way.
Throughout the day, my delivery window kept changing. Every time one window expired, another would appear. I was eventually told the truck was only two stops away and that my mattress would be delivered by 8:00 PM. That time came and went. Then 9:30 PM came and went. No mattress, no phone call, no update, and no explanation.
Every time I contacted customer service, no one could tell me where the truck actually was, when my mattress would arrive, or provide any useful information. The only answer I received was that it was "two stops away" and would be delivered soon.
I paid for a product and delivery service that has not been provided, and I have lost time and money from work trying to accommodate multiple failed delivery promises. After reading reviews on several different sites, it appears many other customers have experienced the exact same issues.
The complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

Great guy. He was able to get the very very large box through a small door and still be polite. We don’t know his name but he was wonderful.

If no one calls me I’m gonna freak out. I literally have someone else’s order and no one will answer the phone. I never got my order and I got someone else’s since your incompetent company and driver can’t seem to do simple tasks.

Placed a pick-up order via IKEA. The pick up instructions were vague with no designated pick up location or estimated wait time. I spent an hour waiting on Saturday and another hour today and still have not received my order. Talked directly with IKEA who talked to a company representative who then refused to pick up the phone. I really hope the owner of this company loses their house.

**update 6/22 - never did receive a call cancelling Saturday's installation and now it appears to have been pushed so 6/24, not that anyone called to let me know
**update 6/20 - still no installation. Yesterday the automated line was saying I would get a call with the timeframe for today. This morning, after not receiving anything last night, the automated line now says Tuesday 6/23?? So another day off of work with no assurance anyone will actually show up and no way to speak to the local office.
**update 6/15 - After taking another day off of work today I found out at 10:30 this morning they today's appointment is now cancelled. The local company didn't call to let me know, I only found out after someone at RXO read this review and after looking mh order up saw that it wasn't routed for today. Appearantly the person scheduled to do the install broke a bone and they don't have anyone else in our area that can install a double oven?? Now they are sending in a team from Michigan (to NY) to do it but they won't be able to come until Saturday 6/20. Again, my initial installation was supposed to be 6/10 and we are still without a working oven and I've missed two days of work for nothing. We'll see if the installation actually happens on Saturday.**
This is my first experience having delivery/installation done via this company and I'm thinking it will be my last. We ordered a double oven from Frigidaire and paid for delivery, installation and haul away. They arranged with RXO to complete the process. We were scheduled to have the the ovens delivered/installed on Wednesday 6/10 and the night before received a text saying it would be between 1:30-5:30. I took the day off of work and arranged for my son (who has special needs and doesn't do well with workers in and out of the house, banging around etc) to be out of the house at that time. At 4:30 we received a text that they were delayed and would come between 6:22-7:52. Two men arrived at 7:00 and asked where we wanted them to leave the oven. I explained that they were to install the oven and haul away the old one. The man I was speaking to said they don't install double ovens. He then made a phone call to someone who told him that we'd have to schedule another date to have it all installed. After I explained that I had already taken a day off of work and couldn't afford to take another one off the following week he said that could come Saturday 6/13. The man delivering the ovens gave me a local number to call Saturday morning to confirm the time. I tried calling RXO that evening to confirm everything and after being on hold for half an hour I pressed the button to receive a call back. That call back finally came at 10pm that evening. The person said he would reach out to the local team and we'd hear back from them the next day. I didn't hear anything back the next day the the local number I was given wasn't in service. When I called the 800 number again the automated service said we were scheduled for Saturday and that we'd receive a text the night before with the time frame. Today (Friday 6/12) I received a call at 3:30 saying they have to reschedule for Monday. I explained that that would require me to take another day off of work. I asked to speak with the local delivery company and was told they're not allowed to give that information. I also wasn't able to speak with a supervisor. The people that answer the phones are just sitting somewhere in a random call center. So now I am required to lose yet another day's pay to take off of work, see if I can make arrangements for my son again, and we are going even longer without a working oven. I'm also a bit leery as far as who will be installing as the first man who came said they don't even install double ovens.
