- MCmauri carrilloJul 15, 20261.0From what I can see, the clerk with the white beard has many bad reviews, yet the post office takes no action. He is arrogant, lacks any sense of customer service, and does not listen; he simply makes assumptions. He immediately told me I needed an appointment to renew my passport because he saw me with my daughter, without even waiting for me to say it was for me—even though he had given me the application a day earlier and told me that no appointment was needed. It is clear that he has a history of poor performance.

- MMMJJul 1, 20265.0Went in 12 minutes before they closed. Went up to the counter 5 minutes before closing. Worker was very polite and helpful even though it's that end of the day time when people are wanting to go home. I've been in before and it was good service.
