- MSMagalí ShamoshMar 17, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable experience with a woman working at the post office. First, they didn’t have the forms available to renew a passport. Then, when I asked to forward my mail, she started asking me several personal questions such as how long I would be staying here and how long I had already been here. I found this very strange because I have never been questioned like that for such a simple request. She also asked for my identification in front of a long line of people, which felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. The whole interaction felt more like an interrogation than customer service. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made me feel singled out, and I can’t help but wonder if discrimination may have played a role. I hope staff can be reminded to treat customers with respect and professionalism.
