- DSD SideOct 18, 20251.0I have informed delivery, which has changed the way it works,no more checking the box showing it wasn't delivered. I have a utility bill that's been missing for 2 days ,called the Cattaraugus Post office spoke with Alicia, she stated that the box to check if mail was not delivered is in the Email, (it's not) then stated if it does not have a tracking number they can;t doing anything.. Really??? What about saying we have a form to do a mail search. Follow up, called Armstrong, they stated that the bill was sent October 9th which just showed up on informed delivery October 17th. The whole system is broken....
