- JSJimmy SullivanJun 19, 20261.0Went to this location to send something overnight express. After having everything ready to be sent the carrier told me they couldn’t send my package because there was a lithium battery in it. I assured him there was no battery and no lithium in the package. He said since he suspected that there was that he would not be willing to send it and to try some other carrier service. When I went to leave the man at the desk told me I still had to pay for the packaging that he had destroyed even though nothing would be sent. He even threatened to contact the authorities if I refused to pay for something he ruined any that I would not be using. After leaving I went to the branch in Leeds where they inspected what I was sending and sent it express mail without any issues after verifying what I already knew, that there was nothing dangerous being sent. I would give 0/5 stars if I could and will drive the extra 2 miles to go to Leeds every time from now on.
