  I had an excellent experience at UPS thanks to Rita's outstanding customer service. I was having an issue with an Amazon return and wasn't sure how to proceed, but Rita took the time to help me every step of the way. She patiently explained the return process, answered all my questions, and even assisted me in communicating with Amazon to make sure everything was handled correctly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and smooth. Rita went above and beyond to ensure I understood my options and felt confident that my return would be processed properly. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and her willingness to take extra time to assist me was greatly appreciated. Because of Rita's exceptional support, my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Rita, for providing such outstanding service and making my experience a positive one.

  Riya and Noor did all they could to help me. I was parked far away and they brought a cart and helped me bring my packages which were heavy to the store and made sure they will be well wrapped and were very knowledgeable and friendly and patient. I will definitely come here again when I need to send packages. Overall my experience was great because of them.

  What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Staff !!! If I could, I would give this Community Owned UPS store 20 stars. Riya and Noor greeted me warmly as I entered the Store with lots of items of Amazon returns. I tried the Self -Serve returns but I struggled badly with the internet to pull up my orders and print labels .I literally walked around in circles trying to get a signal. Both Riya and Noor came to my rescue... they tag -teamed taking turns to assist me with bagging my returns, printing labels etc. Riya even pulled up a HotSpot on her phone to help me. If it wasn't for the assistance of these two amazing , very patience , kind young people , I would have had to drive back home until another day. Will I be back with more returns - YOU BET I will !!! If you've got Amazon returns- make THIS store your store !!! Riya & Noor , Many , Many, Many thanks , Anne J.

  I came into the store around 2:30 and the employee at the register not the one with glasses was blatantly rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and this same employee consistently treats customers poorly including me and even the people ahead of me in line. His attitude and behavior are unacceptable and clearly show a lack of basic customer service skills.
