UPS Carle Place is an amazing location. Very friendly and helpful. Professionalism is outstanding, bright and clean. I live near a UPS store and I travel the distance to come to this location every day to ship my packages.

This UPS store has been tremendous in assisting us in our printing process. Especially Riyaa who helped me specifically, and was extremely helpful in the entire process and showed excellent customer service and flexibility. Absolutely amazing help and made the process super simple and easy for me. Great employee!

UPDATE: After emailing the owner, he never responded about my review to “make things right.” I advise choosing another store over this one for their lack of professionalism and services. I drove an hour to this location to scan and print a photo. The employee at the front desk told me they "don't do that service here." I explained that another UPS Store had told me over the phone that they do offer photo scanning and had sent me here. When I asked whether UPS locations don't all offer the same services, he laughed and said no. I left and checked this location's page on the UPS website, which lists scanning for a variety of photo sizes. When I returned to show him, he changed his answer and said the scanner wasn't working. The scanner's screen was on, it appeared to be in working order, and there was no "out of order" sign on it. I'm not sure why the employee was unwilling to help, and it's disappointing given UPS's reputation for service. If the scanner truly was down, I would have appreciated being told that from the start rather than receiving two conflicting explanations.
