- KKKimberlyAug 7, 20265.0It's very rare that I feel compelled to review a business. It's even more rare to find an employee who goes above and beyond. So here we are. The Calverton branch manager went so far above and beyond that I was truly impressed. I had a tiny issue with an item that I had been expecting with my delivery. Nothing major but just called the customer service number to get something clarification. Instead of dealing with the call center he personally reached out to me with an immediate resolution. He was polite, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. Impressive interaction all the way around.

Put in various requests for empty bottle pickups and I get a water delivery right next to the empties theyre supposed to pick up. Its not worth the headache, just go to the store and pick up 5 gallon bottles instead of waiting for these jerks to deliver it for an outrageously high price. Please do not use these people

I have not received product that I did order and was billed for it and I have been told delivery was made to find nothing at my door. You can never speak to a person and their online chat is never available. The only company worse than this one is Optimum.
