I handed him the package and showed him the QR code to be used to obtain the label. I was dropping off a customer's package that was an Uber order. I was following procedure. The man refused to take my package or even scan my QR code so that I can get the paid label. I drop off packages every day for my business but this was a first at this post office. Why is the staff not trained to handle their own services?

Numerous times I've had tracking update to say delivered and nothing was left at my house. How am I supposed to get money back from a seller when the post office says it was delivered?! DO BETTER, TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO!
