Send your package WAY in advance & ALWAYS get insurance. One star was only because the people inside are always kind they get 5stars.

Then I thought I would just go to the post office and pick up my packages myself but there are 3 post offices around me. Since I have no idea which to go to I tied to call this one… 4 TIMES with no response. I just want to know where my packages are! Why can’t I speak to a real human! I also tried to call the big 1800 number and was only met with an AI that couldn’t help me. Since moving, my family now lives 14hrs from me. This is a way to stay connected to them. I just want my packages.☹️😢

Today however, I came in with three of my children who were already giving me a hard time. One of the ladies who were working the register on 1/16/26 at 3pm gave me a very hard time after waiting in line over a piece of tape. I had to lose my place in line to buy a package of tape to tape up a very small box. I asked her if she could just help me out, And tape the box up for me Like the man who usually helps me does. She said it’s at the discretion of the clerk, and I had to wait in line all over again after purchasing tape with three very antsy children and a carseat to carry. All because taping up a box would have been too much for her, like she supplies it or something. Absolutely ridiculous.
