- KCKyle CMay 11, 20261.0The clerk ripped me off. Charged me for all these extra stamps to mail a manila envelope with 2 sheets of paper in it. When a postage should have been printed for what I needed. A metered PVI label When not going to the self service kiosk doesn't pay off.
