Literally the worst ups store I’ve ever been in. incompetent, they force you to buy their boxes for returns despite items already being in boxes and amazon codes saying a box isn’t necessary (had happened at least 3 times)
I’m also pretty sure the one associate with short black stole my return, as she told me their printer “jammed” when I asked for a receipt and it never made it back to amazon, and their customer service is completely nonexistent
I've rented a box at this store, the 266 Elmwood location for 5 years. Quality of service has gone downhill over the last year and a half to two years. On more than one occasion, I'll have an email from the shipper, and the delivery company, that my package has arrived, while the store's staff are adamant that it's not in their system. They eventually DO find it, but that's after MULTIPLE visits to the location, over MULTIPLE days. They haven't lost any of my packages, yet, as far as I know, but I don't have faith in them anymore, not to lose my packages. And now, they are just closed for the rest of this week (June 17-19 2026), something they certainly could have emailed their customers about, but communicating to their paying customers that they will be closed for 3 business days, just doesn't seem to be a priority for them. I called their phone number, and as of Wednesday June 17th, 2026, their recorded message doesn't give any indication they are closed, it just repeats their normal hours. Whatever happened to businesses actually trying to cultivate relationships with their customers? 1/5 ⭐️ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is awful.
I dropped off two 38-lb packages at the same time being sent to the same location. One package shipped normally, but when we tracked the other one, it still showed “customer dropped off at location.”
When we asked the store, they gave us a phone number to call, and the customer service representative said they didn’t know anything and couldn’t help. When we went back to the store again, they told us maybe the driver didn’t scan it or something happened and it got lost. The staff made it seem like it was none of their business.
I would understand if it was a small package that got misplaced accidentally, but this was a large 38-lb package. I don’t understand how a package that size gets “lost” in a store that small. It makes me wonder if something “else” happened to it. Based on the way they talked, they clearly had no idea where it went and just kept saying maybe the driver never scanned it.
They told us to file a lost package claim, but the compensation doesn’t even come
close to fully covering what we lost. The customer service was awful, nobody took responsibility or even seemed to care. On top of all of this, there was nobody we could properly complain to.
I literally lost my package at this store and nobody cared or tried to help apart from telling me to file a claim.
Everyone should be careful. If you use this location, and you don’t buy insurance… if you have a package containing valuable items inside, don’t expect help if your package goes missing.

Closed at 5:55pm or possibly earlier when their hours are til 6pm on Monday. Employees inside see door handle being pulled and don't come out to say why store has closed early or even acknowledge that people are looking to drop packages. There's no note on the door saying that the store will be closed early either. Just seems like staff is doing what they want lately.
Picked up an eBay delivery today. Staff at the UPS Store were outstanding. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Bins available for cardboard and packing so that you can inspect your items. Charges very reasonable too
