  WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT IN MY LIFE WIL BE REPORTING THE WHOLE STORE AND ELISA FOR THE HORROR SHE PUT ME THREW. GOT MY FATHER OBITUARY PRINTED HERE NOT ONLY DID THEY PRINT A COMPLETELY RANDOM FAMILY IN THE OBITUARY WHICH MADE ME CRY I TOOK THEM BACK JUST FOR THEM TO BE REPRINTED AND THEN THEY LEFT THE COVER OFF I HAD 0 TIME BEFORE THE SERVICE TO GET MORE I WAS COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED PASSING THEM OUT AT MY FATHERS SERVICE WHEN I CALLED BACK ELSIA TOLD ME SHE DID NOT KNOW MY FAMILY AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE $300 I SPENT I WENT UP TO THE STORE SHE WAS EVEN MORE RUDE IN PERSON STANDING EATING TACO BELL LIKE I WAS NOT IMPORTANT I AM VERY HURT AND I PROMISE I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO EVERYONE I CAN INCLUDING THE NEWS

  Closed on Sunday before Labor Day, even though it said it was open and had holiday hours for the following day marked. Unacceptable.

  I stopped by to drop off a package, and the sign in the window front and center clearly said “Open,” but the doors were locked. I could see someone working inside, but there was no acknowledgement or explanation. After waiting, the employee eventually turned off the lights and disappeared without addressing the situation. There were no business hours posted on the door. The only notice posted indicated that the business would be closed on Labor Day. There were also two other postings in the window where the hours should be displayed, but they were completely blank with no hours listed. The hours should be clearly posted and the door signage should accurately reflect whether the business is open. This was very frustrating and confusing, especially when a customer can clearly see someone inside. When they finally unlocked the doors and I went inside. I asked the woman about the hours and them not being posted and how would I know what time the store was opening. She said the hours are posted online. Well, that was rude and dismissive.

  Use to be a nice place. Unfortunately not anymore. Old staff gone, new hires are rude, clueless, dishonest and unprofessional. You lost loyal customer.
