- EGEmilie Gallagher1 day ago1.0I just waited in line for 45 minutes on a Saturday morning - I was trying to mail a package that I needed a receipt for, it would’ve taken less than 2 minutes to complete this transaction, but people with passport appointments kept coming in and they would be served before anyone in the line. There was only one window open, and the line went all the way to the lobby. I had to leave without mailing my package because I was now late for work. Truly horrible service. They need to schedule more staff on Saturdays to work the window.
