- KCKeith Castellano2 days ago2.0Far from a 5 star experience anytime I visit this USPS location.. My first thoughts are usually " I can't wait to get this over with, I wonder how long it's going to take this time" "Is there going to be only One window Open while workers eat in the back " Last visit I had to drop off a depop sale which is as easy as scanning a QR code no $ exchange should take 2 minutes... I walked into the empty post office around 1240pm and another person was there ironically selling a depeop item .. we both were left unattended while we saw and heard the workers in the back. No out to lunch sign No I'll brb sign Just abandoned their Windows and the post office was just open without help . I had to go to work so I was unable to Mail my package I avoid going here at all costs but sometimes theres no other options and it's close to my apt. But I will say a few of the workers are fantastic and help me others could care less .. This place needs a visit from HR and corporate. If I was the manager here I would make some changes

I had to leave because they never actually delivered my medication even though I was in fact at home and waiting for delivery. I now have to leave town due to straight up incompetence.

- JJJohnJul 26, 20261.0Worst company with worst delivery service ! USPS delivery attempts always fail. The courier did not attempt delivery or leave a note. So I have to go pick up the package the next day. This doesn't just happen once; it occurs the majority of the time when USPS is used for online shopping deliveries.
